Eachl person over 4 people is $10 per night. Cleaning fee of $95.
One half rental amount is required to hold reservation with balance due upon arrival. Visa and Mastercard, as well as personal checks, are accepted. Reservations made by personal check can not be held until check has been received. Deposit may be refundable if we are able to fill the dates of your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of reservation.
